  • Harry Vincent (They/Them) [born 1996, Southend-on-Sea, UK] is a designer whose work resides at the convergence of gothic and contemporary visual culture.

Entirely self-taught, they started as an apprentice graphic designer locally after leaving high school and later advanced their career in London before deciding to open their own design practice as a freelancer, to the present day. Their ever-evolving practice uses a mix of illustration, typography, bespoke mock-ups, and existing assets to produce work that spans the digital and physical medium, including self-initiated and collaborative physical works.

Harry’s work touches on the modern socio-isolation that can occur in these times, along with the lack of navigation and archaic guidelines of life that currently exist. In the overlap (and sometimes gap) of existence as a modern human—whose life is indefinitely split into the digital and physical realms—pieces often attempt to bridge the two realms through subject or medium. Mock-ups become physical objects, and objects become mere digital ghosts of their former states. This dichotomy and contrast of visual languages have become later pillars of Vincent’s work, along with consistent linework.

A Hellish-Red often prevails throughout all of Harry’s work, akin to a visual moniker. You can view Harry’s work here outside of the commercial work below.
